宏碁聯網預計最快今年底赴美Nasdaq掛牌 |宏碁聯網
宏碁集團積極進行網路佈局，旗下最大的網路投資
集團─宏碁聯網，正持續進行 IPO作業。宏網董事長黃
少華表示， 3月將會辦理增資，將資本額自2400萬元提
高為7500萬元，原則以集團內企業認購為主，第 3季還
將再辦增資，預計將開放外部有意願的企業參與。
就進度來看，黃少華表示，宏網最快今年底或明年
初，即可在美國Nasdaq掛牌交易。

Acer Digital Service Corp., an Internet
arm of Acer Group, is planning a listing
on NASDAQ and expects the plan will be realized
by the end of this year at the earliest,
a senior official told cnYES.com Thursday.

March by tapping entities under the Acer Group
umbrella to raise a capital size to
NT$75 million from the current $24 million
