中油：油價總統大選前不漲 選後調漲壓力大

中油公司今天公 2月份平均購油成本為每桶25.1美

元，創80年 1月以來新高。中油表示，中油確定在總統

大選前不會調漲油價，不過，由於購油成本差異不斷擴

大，中油極可能在選後再度調整油價。

中油在今年 2月16日調漲油價的原油估算基礎為每

桶 20.90美元，匯率 30.56元。88年 7月至89年 1月累

計稅前盈餘 36.25億元，較法定累計預算數不足 61.55

億元，購油成本差異繼續擴大。

中油表示，今年 1月法定預算數仍不足 12.33億元

，中油調漲油價的壓力確實相當大，不過，由於總統大

選前的時機敏感，中油會選擇在選後調漲油價。
